Bodybuilders And That New Jersey Attitude

I ran into NPC champ Vinnie Galanti at Strong & Shapely Gym in East Rutherford the other day. That’s one of the things I love about that gym… you bump into top amateurs and even pro bodybuilders on a regular basis. It’s all about the atmosphere, you know! This place is the “East Coast Mecca Of Bodybuilding!!!” (how many gyms do you know that have 250 pound dumbbells with “Ronnie Coleman” painted in white letters across the front???
Anyway, Vinnie was looking humongous as usual. A few days later I got an email from Vinnie’s buddy Joe Bilella about a brand new site those guys set up for New Jersey Bodybuilders… check it out…
Joe said, “Hey Tom, I came across your bodybuilding site in a web search and I know you’re from Jersey so I thought Id drop you a line about the new NPC New Jersey based site that was put up a few weeks ago. It’s being run by Vinny Galanti And myself. Come check it out at…”
This is a discusssion forum site that lists all the latest New Jersey NPC contest schedules and all the contest results.
The site is brand new, so there’s not much activity on the boards yet, but this will no doubt be a great resource for Bodybuilders in the Jersey area…
So… if you have a bodybuilding website with a blog or a links page, would you help out and spread the word for Joe, vinny, the NPC and New Jersey bodybuilders? thanks a lot!

PS. It was on this site that I found the details for my next contest: May 12th, NPC Mid Atlantic Natural… right here in JERSEY… “Attitude Capitol Of the World!”

PPPS. By the way, here’s a photo I took of Vinnie galanti, at the 2005 NPC NJ Golds Classic… In my opinion, one of the most symmetrical physiques ever… greek statue proportions… right up there with zane and labrada… and straight from JERSEY!…
